Pros

I am on my 30th day here in Clipboard, so here is my feedback so far: * During the application, the case study makes perfect sense because it is the actual thing that you will do when you do your job. * Trainers are very patient, approachable, and respectful. * The training structure is really good. It is very organized from training to prod. The expectation is highlighted. * The company lets me choose my preferred schedule and match it to their availability. Luckily, I got the schedule I want :)

Cons

* When applying, there are like 4 interviews: Initial interview, Case study discussion/interview, interview with Training Manager, then final interview with the director. But the interviews are reaaly focused on the case study. * Training is fast-paced and more focused on self-learning. The trainers let you read and watch Training modules, the longest was like 2 hours and when the group is done, there's no discussion; the trainers will just let you ask questions or share your understanding about the module. * During training, when we do practice tickets, the tools is confusing because the training tools (environment) is far different from the Live tool. So your wide understanding and skills in following the instruction needs to be exceptional XD * The salary is not that competitive

Pros

Unlimited paid time off is one of the company's strongest benefits

Cons

- There was a lack of transparency, consistent feedback, and fair recognition of employees' contributions. On several occasions, I felt that ideas and work produced by team members were presented to senior leadership without proper acknowledgment. - Performance management felt inconsistent. You will not receive actionable guidance that would have allowed me to improve before major decisions were made. This created an environment where success felt difficult to achieve. - HR appeared to prioritize management's perspective, and I felt there was a balanced opportunity for employees to fully share their side before decisions were made. A more transparent and impartial process would help build trust across the organization.
