You will not receive actionable guidance that would have allowed me to improve before major decisions were made. This created an environment where success felt difficult to achieve. - HR appeared to prioritize management's perspective, and I felt there was a balanced opportunity for employees to fully share their side before decisions were made. A more transparent and impartial process would help build trust across the organization.
