Same day pay Variety of places Doubles Nice over the phone but notice everyone says the same words like it’s scripted

Cons

No taxes taken out so you owe at tax time They deduct 35 points if 15 min late n 45 points if 30 minutes late I overslept and they terminated my account bc when I woke up they gave me 5 minutes to respond to a text and because I didn’t respond they took away my shift and said it’s a no show but I had every intention of showing up but I did that last time showed up anyway n they had another nurse show up in place of me n after that I call and ask if they still need me if they say no why would I go to the facility n if the company unassigns you that is not a no show like are these people uneducated and illiterate like they clearly don’t know the definition of a no show bc being unassigned is not a no show

Pros

Cons

- There was a lack of transparency, consistent feedback, and fair recognition of employees' contributions. On several occasions, I felt that ideas and work produced by team members were presented to senior leadership without proper acknowledgment. - Performance management felt inconsistent. You will not receive actionable guidance that would have allowed me to improve before major decisions were made. This created an environment where success felt difficult to achieve. - HR appeared to prioritize management's perspective, and I felt there was a balanced opportunity for employees to fully share their side before decisions were made. A more transparent and impartial process would help build trust across the organization.
