Everyone is friendly and helpful, senior management does a great job of communicating and working with employees, traveling through the Puget Sound makes for great views and a pleasant place to work.

Cons

Weather can be a major issue -Not good for people who get motion sickness Seasonal work -long hours in the summer, difficult to get hours in the winter
