Call Center styled work environment - Reservations Agent Clipper Vacations Employee Review

There was a lot of lack of communication when I worked for the company and a-lot of the agents didn’t feel appreciated by upper management. It didn’t make sense that agents had to wear a uniform while supervisors could show up in pajamas or however the wanted even in customer facing settings. The work itself is easy but out of date software made it difficult to perform basic job functions which was frustrating. The training for this position was also not great. Also there’s alot of turn over for this position. In the course of time I was employed at the company 80% of people who were hired for this position left the company within a few months of hire.
