Everyone is very supportive, helping and ready to help you at any point. There is more importance given to work-Life balance. Appreciations and trainings are given on the timely manner hence we can never feel unnoticed. Humble way of approach noticed at all levels.

Cons

To render absolute quality work, complete extra extra alertness is a necessary.

Pros

I've been working with Clorder for more than a year and I love every bit of it. I am respected and valued for the work I do. There is plenty of opportunity for everyone to grow with the company. Its a start up company therefore, there are numerous challenges and I enjoy to work towards solving those challenges.

Cons

Its a small company, therefore, everybody has to involve in all the processes but I believe, that's a great challenge and opportunity as it provides everyone to prove their caliber.
