Advances have been made in pricing and design capabilities. Designers do spend time in the car but on the positive side they select the territory they take appointments in and set their schedules. I think all industries have difficult clients from time to time. We get a lot of great clients and many that have very interesting careers and lifestyles. We do offer the franchise owners training materials on whole-house design and advanced closet design, and most locations offer one-on-one design support too. It's unfortunate you did not receive this. Thank you for your feedback.
