Business Outlook

Pros

-Steady work. Will always make a minimum of 40 hours. Currently, there's a need for a lot of overtime, so you can also complete as much over time as you can handle. -Now this will be both a pro and a con, they give everyone a chance at work. -At least once a month there will be either catered bagel sandwiches or pizza for the shop.

Cons

Pay structure is very low. Raises are mediocre at best, 1%-3% early. High employee turnover. Some people you work with will be convicted felons, some with good character that are working to change their lives for the better, and others fresh out of the system and of terrible character.

Closet Factory Response

Ft Lauderdale does background checks on all employees with approval. The factory workers that do not work in customer homes or meet with the public are extended a second chance based on situation and character.
