We have a very defined training program for designers so I am assuming you are referring to the office or another department. Each department has its own method for training and then time is often needed to develop skills. I do recommend that you discuss your concerns with Will so that something constructive can come out of it. It can be helpful to get insights from employees on how it affects your job performance.
