Using software that is ancient and they want u to price every single screw that goes in to the project. If you ever have a question - u will be given so many run arounds that I will never be able to give customer an answer. And there is always an excuse why manager couldn’t help u or answer the phone. Yet they want u to play by their rules ..

Average ticket amount is too little to make any sort of money and the amount of appointments isn’t enough. U end up chasing customers and once u realize how much u have made on this project u want to cry.
