Management is incompetent, they do not keep proper equipment hardware and tools on hand when need, they do not pay holidays, no maturity or paternity leave. Management dose not take ownership for errors and throws shop workers and installers under the bus to ownership, and they do not offer competitive pay. Management and ownership do not know how to schedule and leave some installers without help when they need it and Management also pawns off there work to office staff and plan checking there is no leadership in this company STAY AWAY!
