Pros
Work/life balance: pretty good flexibility (depending on department) and it doesn't seem like most employees are killing themselves with # of hours worked Culture: fun employee activities; most employees seem to get along and genuinely like each other Leadership: competent and likable, quick to provide recognition for job well done Opportunity: being a fairly small company means there are lots of problems to solve and plenty of opportunity to jump in and solve them, regardless of your job title; there's also a genuine commitment to promoting from within
Cons
Benefits: they're okay but no 401K matching, no cell/gym reimbursement, health could be better Stability: there has been a lot of turnover in the senior leadership over the last few years; current team is very good, but so much change can be disruptive Compensation: depends on the position, but being a smaller company compensation is probably a little lower than it would be at a larger company overall
