Pros

The two negative reviews above were written by former co-workers who were let go due to low performance. While the company has gone through change, all of which was very transparent along the way, the clear feeling of most if not all current employees is that the change has been good and the company is headed in the right direction. The new management is committed, honest, and passionate; people are given an opportunity to speak up and contribute; the company has prioritized and tackled issues that were never fully addressed before, and they've done a good job at keeping intact the things people liked about the company, adding better recognition and reward systems while instituting more accountability to ensure the company is around for a long time. We have actually landed the large customers described above and revenue has been climbing steadily, so while there is still a lot of work to be done, anyone spending two minutes in the office would see there is a lot of excitement and employees feel that the future feels bright.

Cons

Change is always hard, and at times it has been hard to stay positive when management is preaching patience and focus when the day to day job is demanding. Overall, though, most people really like their jobs and the people that they work with.

Pros

This company has potential if they would stay focused on what works for them. I worked there for several years and the first few were nice and progressive and there was good company chemistry but the last year I was there most people were worried about losing their jobs. There was this every man for himself mentality.

Cons

I would say about half the employees either quit or got laid off after the new CEO started. The CEO brought most of his coworkers in from his last company and from what I can see the money spent on relocating and money being spent on high dollar employees hasn't changed the outlook of the company. There were many smart hard working employees that left because they were not confident the CEO and management were going to actually help this company grow. I was surprised the board members would continue to fund this place. They are currently banking on one major client to come onboard which could take a year or more before they actually start using the products and be profitable. Meanwhile they are working on products that don't bring return on the time and money spent developing them.

This review is almost universally inaccurate; there has been neither a mass exodus, nor a mass firing, other than this specific employee. The company has been growing steadily and has landed the referred to client and many others. We would readily invite any prospective candidate to visit us, talk to the employees, and judge for themselves. As noted in the positive review here, change is hard, but the change has overall been very well received, and the wins and company growth have helped validate that the company is on the right path - which is why the Board is enthusiastic about the results.
