Pros

Great culture, fun employee events and community outreach programs. Benefits are competitive If you’re looking for a fun place with the San Diego vibe – this is it. Casual (jeans and flip flops), small (~50 employees but growing), young, energetic and forward thinking… Great people, awesome opportunity. The management team is inspired by challenge and driven by success. With decades of combined experience, they are truly dedicated to improving the residential real estate transaction. The new CEO, Brian Benson, is definitely taking the company in the right direction.

Cons

As with any young company, there are growing pains... fortunately; our growing pains are due to the demand of our services in the new regulatory environment. We are growing at exponential speed - so you need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Pros

The two negative reviews above were written by former co-workers who were let go due to low performance. While the company has gone through change, all of which was very transparent along the way, the clear feeling of most if not all current employees is that the change has been good and the company is headed in the right direction. The new management is committed, honest, and passionate; people are given an opportunity to speak up and contribute; the company has prioritized and tackled issues that were never fully addressed before, and they've done a good job at keeping intact the things people liked about the company, adding better recognition and reward systems while instituting more accountability to ensure the company is around for a long time. We have actually landed the large customers described above and revenue has been climbing steadily, so while there is still a lot of work to be done, anyone spending two minutes in the office would see there is a lot of excitement and employees feel that the future feels bright.

Cons

Change is always hard, and at times it has been hard to stay positive when management is preaching patience and focus when the day to day job is demanding. Overall, though, most people really like their jobs and the people that they work with.
