I became a part of Cloud Coach after working in finance for several years. From the first meeting with management, I knew that this organization was passionate about its people, continually improving the products and services offered, as well as accommodating and servicing every customer segment with effective solutions. I have worked in many office environments, but I am thrilled to have found a company that fosters and encourages collaboration and new ideas on the table. Cloud Coach allows employees to bring their strengths to the table and I find that the team is passionate about what we build together because everyone on this team makes a difference to what we produce.
Cons
Having come from finance, I only had limited Salesforce user knowledge. The learning curve was the hardest part of acclimating to the new industry, but I was given ample time and opportunity to learn the processes and product before I was ever put into a position that I was not qualified to handle.
