Pros

Cloud Coach is a growing company with solutions that serve large enterprises across the world. To support this growth they empower their staff and give them room to pave their own path. As a self-starter, Cloud Coach has been a great place to learn, gain experience, and work with other like-minded individuals.

Cons

Cloud Coach serves a very broad spectrum of use cases across many different industries and requires strong technical skills (understanding SAAS. software configuration, tech industry, etc). For this reason, onboarding can take some time. It's also a startup so it's driven off people that aren't habited to the 9-5 corporate culture. To me, this is not a con and for other's who are looking for a place where they can make a noticeable impact on the trajectory of the business, it shouldn't be either.

Pros

Cloud Coach is an amazing organization. Although they are small, they are very competitive in their industry. They compete with the biggest names in their field, and win due to their consultative approach, and truly have constructed the most scalable framework for post sales orgs needing a SF native PM and or PSA. They truly take customer feedback into roadmap considerations, and keep their accounts healthy, and happy.

Cons

I can't say I have a bad thing to say about the company. If you are coming from a massive (20k+ emp) organization, I would be aware of the inherent challenges of working for a small versus big company, but Cloud Coach has a great culture and product that's easy to get behind.

Pros

Autonomy and freedom to do your job most of the time, depending on your position

Cons

Low salary compared to similar companies, lost management and lack of vision. Keep in mind the reviews below were before the company was purchased by a Capital firm, the CEO was replaced, and then about 80% of the company turned over after that and were filled with the CEO's friends and former colleagues.
