Pros
The culture at Cloud Coach is fantastic! The culture of work hard, play hard is a common refrain at many companies, but Cloud Coach does an excellent job of truly embracing it. They make it a priority to connect everyone each week from the whole organization to share wins, talk through challenges and hear from upper management as well as folks working remotely. This gives an excellent cohesion across the team! The level of input that employees are able to give on product feature requests isn't one that I've experienced at any other company - the development team really listens! The openness from the product team and upper management makes people feel like they can contribute to the direction of the product and the atmosphere of the company - it's very rewarding!
Cons
Certainly a complex product and platform, so there's a definite learning curve, but with on the job training and co-workers with years of experience available to answer questions, it's a great environment to learn in!
