Pros

Cloud Coach is an amazing place to work at. Management truly cares about each employee on not only a professional level, but also personal level. They want to see you excel, and will provide all the necessary tools and resources to do just that. It is a great culture that is full of very bright individuals. You will never dread going to work on a daily basis at a place like Cloud Coach. Each day is full of amazing opportuntites to connect and collaboarate with great people who have fun. It's a place of postive attitudes that empower you to make strides and celebrate your successes.

Cons

The office is located in an area of Fort Collins where paid parking is the only close option, but you can always apply for a monthly parking pass at a reaosnable price.

Pros

Cloud Coach is an amazing organization. Although they are small, they are very competitive in their industry. They compete with the biggest names in their field, and win due to their consultative approach, and truly have constructed the most scalable framework for post sales orgs needing a SF native PM and or PSA. They truly take customer feedback into roadmap considerations, and keep their accounts healthy, and happy.

Cons

I can't say I have a bad thing to say about the company. If you are coming from a massive (20k+ emp) organization, I would be aware of the inherent challenges of working for a small versus big company, but Cloud Coach has a great culture and product that's easy to get behind.

Pros

Autonomy and freedom to do your job most of the time, depending on your position

Cons

Low salary compared to similar companies, lost management and lack of vision. Keep in mind the reviews below were before the company was purchased by a Capital firm, the CEO was replaced, and then about 80% of the company turned over after that and were filled with the CEO's friends and former colleagues.
