Pros

It is "cloud", so telecommuting is possible. Small company -- family atmosphere. Very loose time off policies.

Cons

Management is "under the thumb" of angel investors. No clear direction or strategy. Smoke and mirror products that are outdated before they can be developed. Micro-managed executive hierarchy. Very top-heavy -- ~75% are management or director level.

Pros

Cool vibe, great culture, management really cares. Very flat management structure, and some pretty amazing companies they work for. Big growth could come from Internet of Things plans.

Cons

Moving really fast in the Internet of things space, so sometimes things have to be reworked or retried to get it right.

Pros

Work life balance positive work environment not a sweat shop

Cons

Sent home if lack of work typically two days during first week of month. Heath benefts cost minimum of 84/month for cheapest plan and if your sent home getting around 30 to 35 hours paycheck, this can be unaffordable and with the tax penalty in place till 2019 this can be a problem
