Pros

It's interesting working at the intersection of SaaS and hospitality. The company is tech-driven, so you constantly learn about new features and integrations. Its international team has built a collaborative work environment. Everyone is welcome to share ideas or feedback. One of the biggest perks for me is the flexibility afforded by remote work.

Cons

Some days you'll never see the end of calls, follow-ups, and demos.

This can be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-performance environment. The focus is mainly on prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business. I’ve improved my skills in running product demos and following up with potential clients. Plus, the technology is solid with interesting features and integrations.

Cons

Success isn’t automatic; building confidence in sales requires persistence and consistency.

Pros

I cannot think of a single pro about this company. At least my coworkers have been great to work with, I guess.

Cons

Expectations are unbelievably high, but support is practically nonexistent. I was given no training, yet was immediately expected to handle complex tasks under relentless pressure with absolutely no room for mistakes. The pay is not even decent, and it falls far below what other companies are offering.
