Pros

The people that work there are terrific. There is great team collaboration, and just overall generally enjoyable people to work with. The team is international so you get to connect with people all over the world. They have good benefits, unlimited PTO, and offer stock options.

Cons

Everyone is underpaid. You will work far more than 8 hours on a daily basis, and will need to work off hours because employees and clients are located all over the world. You will be working towards Cloudbeds hopefully blowing up, but being severely underpaid and overworked in the meantime.

We do work hard here, and there is clearly a fine line between too much and just enough. This can be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-performance environment. The focus is mainly on prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business. I’ve improved my skills in running product demos and following up with potential clients. Plus, the technology is solid with interesting features and integrations.

Cons

Success isn’t automatic; building confidence in sales requires persistence and consistency.

Pros

I cannot think of a single pro about this company. At least my coworkers have been great to work with, I guess.

Cons

Expectations are unbelievably high, but support is practically nonexistent. I was given no training, yet was immediately expected to handle complex tasks under relentless pressure with absolutely no room for mistakes. The pay is not even decent, and it falls far below what other companies are offering.
