Pros

- 100% working remotely, work at your on your pace as long as meet the Target & API - international environment, throughout the organization everyone speaks English. - HR is punctual and well organized. - In tech, employee get to get their hands on Salesforce, zendesk, grooves, etcs and many more of cloud based service. - well paid meet the living standard. - open minded for question and option - everyone are within 1 click away to reach. - proper training available to be on board. - everything in the company moving really fast, good.

Cons

- no social security benefits, - no saving fund for employee - no insurance - recruitment process took so long and often don't have enough of people for department needed. - high turn over - nothing to focused on but only sales, money oriented which are good for company but bored the employyes, after while as there is nothing new but sales sales and sales.

Pros

This can be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-performance environment. The focus is mainly on prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business. I’ve improved my skills in running product demos and following up with potential clients. Plus, the technology is solid with interesting features and integrations.

Cons

Success isn’t automatic; building confidence in sales requires persistence and consistency.

Pros

I cannot think of a single pro about this company. At least my coworkers have been great to work with, I guess.

Cons

Expectations are unbelievably high, but support is practically nonexistent. I was given no training, yet was immediately expected to handle complex tasks under relentless pressure with absolutely no room for mistakes. The pay is not even decent, and it falls far below what other companies are offering.
