Pros

Not having a long commute to and from the office saving a great deal of time and money. When working from home the day is less stressful as distractions are reduced. There is a possibility to work from everywhere. Good technologies used. Great management. Absence of time trackers.

Cons

There is no free coffee when working remotely :D

This can be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-performance environment. The focus is mainly on prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business. I’ve improved my skills in running product demos and following up with potential clients. Plus, the technology is solid with interesting features and integrations.

Cons

Success isn’t automatic; building confidence in sales requires persistence and consistency.

Pros

I cannot think of a single pro about this company. At least my coworkers have been great to work with, I guess.

Cons

Expectations are unbelievably high, but support is practically nonexistent. I was given no training, yet was immediately expected to handle complex tasks under relentless pressure with absolutely no room for mistakes. The pay is not even decent, and it falls far below what other companies are offering.
