Pros

Cloudbeds is an amazing place to work. It is remarkable how in tune they are with the needs of their team members.Leadership truly cares about the company and the people who work here. There is a strong trust between the company and the employees that fuels productivity and having a good time. If you are doing the right thing and working hard, you will be seen. Most specifically in terms of flexible work hours and paid vacation it is extremely easy to live a well-balanced life! Love the company culture here it truly feels like family and we always have the opportunity to voice our concerns, then work together to solve them. If you want to learn, challenge yourself you won't regret going to Cloudbeds. I highly recommend applying or trying to get in.

This can be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-performance environment. The focus is mainly on prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business. I’ve improved my skills in running product demos and following up with potential clients. Plus, the technology is solid with interesting features and integrations.

Cons

Success isn’t automatic; building confidence in sales requires persistence and consistency.

Pros

I cannot think of a single pro about this company. At least my coworkers have been great to work with, I guess.

Cons

Expectations are unbelievably high, but support is practically nonexistent. I was given no training, yet was immediately expected to handle complex tasks under relentless pressure with absolutely no room for mistakes. The pay is not even decent, and it falls far below what other companies are offering.
