Pros

Working in Cloudbeds means to work with an amazing team of enthusiastic and professional co-workers, who are always ready to help you with any issue, or to jump into a call to say hello and see how things are going. The culture is great: we are spread across the globe, we all have different interests, backgrounds, culture .. and we still feel part of the same family. Work-life balance is the best I have had so far!

Cons

To work in a remote company you need to be very self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. If you have those 2, working remote won't be a con.

Pros

This can be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-performance environment. The focus is mainly on prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business. I’ve improved my skills in running product demos and following up with potential clients. Plus, the technology is solid with interesting features and integrations.

Cons

Success isn’t automatic; building confidence in sales requires persistence and consistency.

Pros

I cannot think of a single pro about this company. At least my coworkers have been great to work with, I guess.

Cons

Expectations are unbelievably high, but support is practically nonexistent. I was given no training, yet was immediately expected to handle complex tasks under relentless pressure with absolutely no room for mistakes. The pay is not even decent, and it falls far below what other companies are offering.
