It's hard to get that work-life balance right, particularly in your first 6-12 months while learning. We leverage OfficeVibe in part so that we can know, early on, if we are missing the mark here, your feedback is a reminder that we are far from perfect in this way. Specific to career paths, we are working on this right now with the management team and creating new strutures around "job-leveling" all with a view to address your feedback about visibility into the growth options at Cloudbeds. This can be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-performance environment. The focus is mainly on prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business. I’ve improved my skills in running product demos and following up with potential clients. Plus, the technology is solid with interesting features and integrations.

Cons

Success isn’t automatic; building confidence in sales requires persistence and consistency.

Pros

I cannot think of a single pro about this company. At least my coworkers have been great to work with, I guess.

Cons

Expectations are unbelievably high, but support is practically nonexistent. I was given no training, yet was immediately expected to handle complex tasks under relentless pressure with absolutely no room for mistakes. The pay is not even decent, and it falls far below what other companies are offering.
