Pros

-The people make it!!!! Everyone I've come across is positive/ willing to help you. -Good product -Management is nice and doesn't micro manage, wants you to succeed, cares about your well being ( that can be hard to find) -No drama and haven't noticed anything toxic

Cons

-Lots of changes happening with in the company but that is with many start ups! If you can't handle or adapt to change don't work at a start up then --I've read some negative reviews on here but some of those statements aren't accurate, only a few SDR's have left the company due to personal reasons and it has nothing to do with the organization as a whole or the team

This can be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-performance environment. The focus is mainly on prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business. I’ve improved my skills in running product demos and following up with potential clients. Plus, the technology is solid with interesting features and integrations.

Cons

Success isn’t automatic; building confidence in sales requires persistence and consistency.

Pros

I cannot think of a single pro about this company. At least my coworkers have been great to work with, I guess.

Cons

Expectations are unbelievably high, but support is practically nonexistent. I was given no training, yet was immediately expected to handle complex tasks under relentless pressure with absolutely no room for mistakes. The pay is not even decent, and it falls far below what other companies are offering.
