Pros

Great Company to grow, the culture is nice and most of the colleagues are really friendly.

Cons

Several managers are there just to make your work difficult and will try to take you down at all costs (Specially now in 2023 that they are cutting employees). Lack of empathy and understanding. Will blame you for anything and your word has no value.

Pros

This can be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-performance environment. The focus is mainly on prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business. I’ve improved my skills in running product demos and following up with potential clients. Plus, the technology is solid with interesting features and integrations.

Cons

Success isn’t automatic; building confidence in sales requires persistence and consistency.

Pros

I cannot think of a single pro about this company. At least my coworkers have been great to work with, I guess.

Cons

Expectations are unbelievably high, but support is practically nonexistent. I was given no training, yet was immediately expected to handle complex tasks under relentless pressure with absolutely no room for mistakes. The pay is not even decent, and it falls far below what other companies are offering.
