Pros

When they say remote-first, they mean it. Employees are all over the globe, although I think some positions are limited to specific countries. My work-life balance is really good, and they have recently rolled out more trainings for managers.

Cons

I needed to buy my own laptop, which was really annoying to learn one week before I started. This is a late-stage "start-up" and I can tell the growing pains in Product especially as we all try to figure out how to scale and follow process. There are less than 5 female engineers, and leadership overall has a lot of white men.

Pros

This can be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-performance environment. The focus is mainly on prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business. I’ve improved my skills in running product demos and following up with potential clients. Plus, the technology is solid with interesting features and integrations.

Cons

Success isn’t automatic; building confidence in sales requires persistence and consistency.

Pros

I cannot think of a single pro about this company. At least my coworkers have been great to work with, I guess.

Cons

Expectations are unbelievably high, but support is practically nonexistent. I was given no training, yet was immediately expected to handle complex tasks under relentless pressure with absolutely no room for mistakes. The pay is not even decent, and it falls far below what other companies are offering.
