Pros

- Don't get fooled by fake positive reviews. -The disorganization of the company forces you to wear many hats and learn new skills. -The sales teams, digital team, product marketing and sales operations are wonderful to work with. -The ability to work remotely.

Cons

- The level of background due diligence leaves much to be desired when Cloudera brings on a new field marketing director that has been employed less than 4 months when over four people leave the company due to “Authoritarian management style” - Leading with a micromanaged environment is not healthy. You are not shown trust so everything you do will be monitored with a manager you can not trust. - You are expected to do your job and be quiet. You won't have to use your brain much. - There is no point giving suggestions and trying to improve things. Management won't listen and won't value your opinion. -High employee turnover due to “boss” not “manager” style -It is difficult to work for a manager who threatens your job if you do not meet her standards -do better as a company as there's litigation going on (Google it for more details)
