Pros

Good office location. Modern corporate tech stack provided upon onboarding (new laptop and phone).

Cons

Zero Organisation or Structure: For a company of this scale, the internal systems are an absolute mess. Severe Favoritism & Cultural Cliques: Management is highly biased. In the office, clear clusters of specific nationalities (such as Russian and Israeli speakers) form exclusionary bubbles. Managers within those remits actively protect, promote, and hand leads to their own, completely ignoring standard territory boundaries. Unstable AE Alignment & Target Impact: Your ability to hit target relies entirely on Account Executive (AE) stability and partner channel access. AEs leave every single quarter without being replaced, leaving your patch scattered. Furthermore, partner relationships are gatekept—some people are arbitrarily allowed to leverage them to hit quota while others are completely blocked, and management provides no support when your numbers suffer as a result. Poor Office Maintenance: Despite having constant maintenance staff on-site, essential facilities like the air conditioning rarely work properly. Terrible Pay.

Pros

Exceptionally talented team. Every IC I worked with brought deep technical skills, genuine passion, and a collaborative, empathetic approach. Compensation and equity are strong.

Cons

Senior leadership lacks a clear vision, direction shifts constantly without concrete goals. Internal competition is actively encouraged by management, which creates a toxic dynamic. No 401k match. Raises and promotions are difficult to come by once you're in, and leadership feels largely out of touch with the realities on the ground.
