Weak sales leadership is causing an extremely disorganised sales structure. No sales accelerators. Commission is paid quarterly. Targets are set very high. Very very low stock options granted. Cloudflare is definitely an engineering driven company. This may sound alright, but wait and see when you work in sales. This is not good, really. Unlimited holidays.
