Takes up to 15 interviews reach 30 min with 15 different people with high likelihood of being a contracter and no possibility of FTE. They hire white people, regardless of qualifications, over people of color especially for engineering and management roles. Very little direction or boundaries. No clear direction or understanding between employees or departments. Culture sucks. CIO argues with and embarrasses employees on company chat instead of setting real policies for everyone to follow. All company wide meetings are a joke- and center on narcissism of the founders.
