Lot's of changes being made constantly to book of accounts, ROE, and accounts that you have made progress on get taken away, pipeline further than a quarter out is discouraged and is not considered an opportunity, No clear, consistent sales strategy, over 60% of reps not hitting quota, they give too much away on self serve plans to sell to mid market customers. There are days you will not leave your desk.
