Business Outlook
Pros
The people and products have consistently been one of Cloudflare's greatest assets. I've had great mentorship while working there, and there is fluid career mobility. The product portfolio has continued to grow at a rapid pace, and there is always more to learn. TAM is massive and the industry is exciting.
Cons
Leadership has not prioritized resourcing for GTM teams. New sales reps would go months without access to basic tools (e.g. Sales Navigator), lengthening their ramp time and hampering enablement efforts. Pipeline and demand generation best practices are still very immature for a company of this size.
