Everyone operating based on fear Very little accountability from leadership- they just push the fear down the chain and squeeze everyone Company doesn't prioritize the channel so diminishes its effectiveness and will not grow at the rate it hopes without leveraging it as a force multiplier Extremely toxic work environment- people are publically humiliated regularly Unlimited vacation BUT don't expect to be truly off the job at any time
