Pros

The “Old Schoolers” are amazing, they joined to make a difference

Cons

Listen, the tech space doesn’t have a whole lot of diversity, but you have to have a strategic objective to have so few minorities within the organization. As of Dec 1st there are a total of 3 minorities within senior leadership, all of those are in sales, now that doesn’t include LTAM who is Hispanic. Even our APAC leader is Caucasian, so while we are many things diverse is not one of them, so if you are a person of color looking for a place to land and grow this will not be the place for you. If you are a high performer, exceed your goals and seek advancement you will be sorely disappointed.

Pros

- Strong platform - Mostly friendly and smart people - Good salary, but substandard benefits

Cons

- Strong culture of favoritism: if you’re not an OG or coming in from Palo Alto, you’ll face an uphill battle in sales. - Sales culture is terribly toxic, political, and cliquey, especially with the Palo Alto Networks invasion. - Ridiculous internal processes and poorly designed tools (still use more spreadsheets than tools, quotes can take weeks and I’m not kidding) - Zero sales tools (No Outreach, Gong, good luck even getting Zoom Info) - Substandard BDR team with 12:1 ratios of BDR to AE. Got zero set meetings in over 1 year with our team’s BDR.
