Pros
If you’ve previously worked for a “large corporation” you may appreciate working in an environment where you are not “just a number”. The company has made a focus in creating a very open and collaborative work environment focused on serving its clients, our community, and the success of its employees. The company really takes its core values to heart and its personally rewarding to know how we have impacted and helped our clients and that the company celebrates and rewards our collective success. Pros: A growing company with challenging and diverse work, management that is supportive of its employees’ goals, an open and collaborative environment, great people and camaraderie, excellent team building activities are among a few things I can think of offhand.
Cons
Because of the small based teams and stripped down management, each team member is heavily relied on and equally important to the success of each project. Often times, you’ll find you’ll have to quickly adapt and learn new skills to fill in gaps when needed, but I personally find this rewarding as I am continually adding to my skill sets and knowledge and the company is very supportive in offering assistance to get you the additional resources and training needed.
