Pros
Revint offers a completely flexible structure of self-driven work flow. Staff is able to gain knowledge about the health insurance industry on a daily basis. The company is expanding and offering more growth opportunities then ever before. I have also seen an incredible response to the world's current health by maintaining employment throughout with little to no interruption for most teams.
Cons
The company is transparent about change and opportunity, however, sometimes the messages come off as impersonal. It can be hard to relate to such a large entity.
