Pros
Cloudmed is increasingly investing in employees (re-evaluating WFH options, increased maternity leave, etc), and it's clear that they value the opinions of their employees. Cloudmed also has intentions to further develop it's company culture in the coming months, after a recent merge with a culture-heavy firm, Triage Consulting Group.
Cons
The work itself is very repetitive, but you can talk yourself out of that if you remind yourself that the work you do every day has a an indirect impact on patient care.
