Pros
The work life balance is quite good, and management is very flexible as long as high quality work product is delivered. Happy that they will be extending the work from anywhere remote option beyond 2021 while allowing a return to office if you choose. Overall a great company, yet high turnover as most lower level associates and consultants are here as a stepping stone to grad/med school. If you stay several years, there is a set promotion track you will follow.
Cons
Work can get Repetitive, similar issues working across clients, and there seems to be a plan to merge with several more companies in the future which means having to change work practices often
