As someone who enjoys creativity and daily challenges, this job does not provide any of that. It’s monotonous and and be aware you’ll be spending a lot of time on the phone with insurance carriers. Company has completely moved to remote work, there’s no chance interacting in person with your coworkers. This job sometimes sucks the soul out of you, for example waiting on hold with carriers for hours, calling carriers who never pick up and arguing with carriers over the phone. Not to mention, the pay is definitely on the low end.
