Middle managers are atrocious and mishandled a major merger - Revenue Cycle Analyst Cloudmed Employee Review

I worked in the Underpayments department and I liked the culture and workload... Until the merger with R1 when middle management completely mishandled it and did not prepare the teams well enough. The teams ended up getting unnecessary pressure for the things the management did not prepare well.
