Fun job but terrible management and lack of support - Anonymous Employee Club Champion Employee Review

The management is awful, they micro manage everything and they don’t care about the employees or customers. They don’t care to grow locations, if you aren’t in the top 10 stores then you are nothing. The pay is awful as well, and the ability to move up in pay is super slow. This is a company you join just for the time being, no future
