Pros

Nice coworkers, a supportive atmosphere, and interesting projects. I certainly enjoyed my time at Clustrix, and everyone I met was very polite and friendly.

Cons

I didn't have any particularly bad experiences. Some things in the code/wikipages could be updated for clarity, but that's an ongoing process, and in general things function well.

Pros

Competitive pay, relaxed but focused work environment. Working on the product has been very rewarding and educational. Engineering is filled with incredibly smart people, and working with them has been awesome.

Cons

The fact that engineering is split between Seattle and San Jose offers some challenges, but isn't too problematic. The complexity of the product and small team provides a lot of, "Ugh, how will I ever figure this out," moments, but that (hopefully) gives way to the pleasure of solving really difficult problems.
