Intelligent coworkers, challenging projects, working with new and innovative technology . Being a part of a company creating an industry changing product is exciting.

Cons

Potential risks from any startup (though much less with a quality / large target market), difficult to find qualified team members.

Competitive pay, relaxed but focused work environment. Working on the product has been very rewarding and educational. Engineering is filled with incredibly smart people, and working with them has been awesome.

Cons

The fact that engineering is split between Seattle and San Jose offers some challenges, but isn't too problematic. The complexity of the product and small team provides a lot of, "Ugh, how will I ever figure this out," moments, but that (hopefully) gives way to the pleasure of solving really difficult problems.
