Pros

This a great place to work. The culture is awesome. Management is supportive and provides all the tools and resources one needs to be successful. The product is mature and solves a huge business pain for customers. The team work and collaboration is excellent from the top down.

Cons

Nothing major, but providing lunches on a more regular basis would be nice.

Pros

Competitive pay, relaxed but focused work environment. Working on the product has been very rewarding and educational. Engineering is filled with incredibly smart people, and working with them has been awesome.

Cons

The fact that engineering is split between Seattle and San Jose offers some challenges, but isn't too problematic. The complexity of the product and small team provides a lot of, "Ugh, how will I ever figure this out," moments, but that (hopefully) gives way to the pleasure of solving really difficult problems.
