Pros
You can get a lot of free items from clients
Cons
During the interview process it was made to sound like there would be more than 40 hours a week in reality it was closer to 8 or so. Many clients of clutter have appointments booked weeks out and management will schedule drivers and helpers for these appointments however the employees will not be informed until the day before. I was offered certain benefits all of which where pulled out last minute. I honestly believe working at clutter is an absolute joke. Nothing personal against local management(aside from schedules) but you'd likely be better off at almost any other employer. Unless you enjoy going out on jobs that sometimes can last 30 minutes or sometimes 14 hours but you would never know until you reach the actual location
