It is not the same company I joined 6 years ago... When I started, it was a really nice place to work - great culture and amazing people to work with. Not anymore. With Kavita (a new CIO) started her changes, everything was ruined. It is toxic working environment now and a lot of people in IT don't feel safe anymore. People who was devoted are pushed out of the company. The new IT management don't care about corporate culture or people. Anyway... steer clear of this place if you want to stay sane.
