CoBank was great but senior management has ruined it. IT and HR are poor. COB makes customers cringe due to a lack of business acumen. Senior management has moved the line’s focus from the customer to themselves with never ending meetings and needless paperwork. The CEO is the cause due to poor personnel decisions.
